We went for the 20 week ultrasound on Monday. Ok, back up. We got home Monday 12:03am, then we went to an appointment later in the day. I'll post pictures and tell our "summer story" as time allows. So Monday we went for the 20 week ultrasound. Baby is growing well and everything looked great. I love watching the little heart beat. This baby is a wiggler! Not only do I feel vigorous movement throughout the day, #1 can feel the kicks and punches already. I feel like I'm closer to 30 weeks than 20, but the ultrasound confirmed that my due date is indeed accurate. I'm also the size I usually am at 30 weeks. I did not find out the gender of this baby. I want to be surprised :o)
And this baby is growing right up. She is a walker now and growing like crazy. She is 17 lbs 12 oz and 29 3/4 inches. She was 15 lbs 14 oz and 27 1/4 inches on her birthday, about three and a half months ago. GROWTH SPURT! She also talks up a storm, and has several actual words! I think you'll agree from pictures I'll post soon, she looks more and more like a toddler and less and less like a baby!
Snug loves life. At eight years old, he is a big brother four times over, a role he takes very seriously. He loves to read, swim, run, play Legos, and hear stories. He is sensitive to the needs of others and has a very kind heart.
Little Monkey Man
Watch out world! This middle child is not about to be left out of anything! Formally known on this blog as "Baby J" he is a baby no longer. His sense of adventure is downright dangerous and he will push your buttons all day long. This six year old is very generous and has a sweet smile that will light up a room. Don't let him use his "eyes" on you or you may fall under his spell!
Four years old and quite the little lady. Not sure what we'll do with all of her emotions, but loving watching her grow. She loves ballet, preschool, and church and all of her friends-both real and stuffed variety.
She's three! Hard to believe how fast time goes by. She's my girl and she's demands lots of my love. Growing, changing, and making us all laugh (and scream...not gonna lie), this little one is so precious.
Oh this baby. Easiest one, cheeriest one. Laid back, happy, sweet.
