To Cut Or Not To Cut

I really need to make a decision about Baby J (who we have been calling Monkey as of late) and his hair style.
I love love love his baby locks...but they are getting a bit shaggy and long.

I know though that once his hair is cut, it will never be the same. After Snug's hair was cut, it lost all baby softness.

I love his wispy look, but it is starting to be in his eyes, and almost needs a barrette at times, which, won't be happening.

So when does he stop being a baby and need a big boy haircut?

Oh, let it go a little longer! They're only babies so long, and when you cut their hair, they look so grown up!

Looks like some kind of a trim at least is needed soon, but he can totally pull off the longer look. Can you take him somewhere to get it shaped a little but keep a lot of the length? If Riley had the right type of hair I would totally go longer with him, but his is best short and spikey :).

i'd say trim what's approaching a rat tail(!) (dylan was accused of that, too, and i got out the scissors;) and the the bangs if you must, but otherwise keep that sweet, wispy baby shag:)

I would just do it around his eyes... that tail is just precious... I love those!! (I mean, within reason of course!) And on your boy, it looks so cute!!

He is PRECIOUS. I LOVE the first picture and that spike!!

Can't wait to see what you decide....

Blessings-
Amanda

Just wanted to comment on the new 5 Drays header. I haven't had a chance to congratulate you yet. I heard you are feeling much better this time around, hope that is still the case! Congratulations!
